Meet Dr.Tayree-Marshall

A Clinician and a Coach

 Dr. Tayree-Marshall, PhD, LCPC is a second career therapist who entered the counseling field after observing and experiencing the metamorphosis her father, A Vietnam Veteran, went through after attending group and individual therapy. 
She is a board certified therapist and approved supervisor. She is a unique, distinctive clinician because she can serve you to via a variety of roles.
She is the co-owner of Behavioral Health Pathways (www.behavioralhealthpathway.us), an interdisciplinary group practice. She provides business/program consultant services , who holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from Towson University, a doctoral degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology from Capella University and have completed post-doctoral work in Counseling Psychology at Loyola University Maryland. 
As a clinician, I am trained to help individuals dealing with work related issues, grief, trauma and problems in their relationship and family dynamics. I am a Certified Grief Specialist and a Certified Trauma Specialist. Additionally, I have completed the Gottman Training, Levels I and II, the Prepare to Enrich Training and am knowledgeable in Imago Therapy. As a consultant and coach, I am certified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to help individuals and teams learn more about themselves and how they function in the workplace as leaders and followers. I possess a vast amount of experience helping entrepreneurs and executives improve their leadership skills. 
Someone who is going through a life transition will benefit greatly from my services. Whether you are getting married, starting college or a new career, have been promoted or could be going through a separation or divorce, I will be there to support and guide you through the healing process.
